The following are the procedures for admission into Arctic Tern International School.
a. Purchase, fill and submit a completed admission form with the following documents attached:
- i. Photocopy of birth certificate.
ii. Two passport size photographs.
iii. Previous academic report or transfer certificate (where applicable)b. Attend and pass entrance / transfer exams and interview.
Tuition Fee and Financial Information
The school fees are paid either in advance per term or session on resumption or latest a week after resumption of the school through the school management account as shall be provided in the school newsletter or admission form.
The school management reserves the right to review the school fees as it deems necessary in line with the laid down rules based on the rise in costs associated with providing Arctic Tern International School Education and giving at least one term notice as the case may be.
Once a pupil commences a term, the fees for that term are non- refundable.
Pupils who are admitted mid- session of the term will be charged a full-term fee.
The school shall provide special rebates on school fees to the following:
– Parents who have three children in the school shall be granted 10% rebate on each child
– Parents who have four children or more will be granted 15% rebate on each child.
